It is one of the best morning sickness natural remedies. Having a cup of ginger tea can soothe your stomach. It can also ease motion sickness.

Increase the intake of vitamin B

Taking 75 milligrams of vitamin B6 a day for three days can help to reduce vomiting and nausea during pregnancy. Also before going to start vitamin B6, make sure that you take doctor’s approval.

Take lemon based products

Lemons have natural calming effect that can reduce nausea and make you feel refreshed. You can take lemon in several ways such as lemon candy, lemon candles, lemon essential oil and water with lemon. Citrus foods are the excellent way among the morning sickness natural remedies.

Peppermint

People who don’t prefer to use ginger can take peppermint. Mint products are proven as safe and effective to ease nausea during pregnancy. You can chew peppermint gums, suck peppermint candles, use peppermint oil and drink peppermint tea.

Protein intake
