Some sex positions work better than others when you are trying to get pregnant. In order to fertilize with the egg, sperm need to swim all the way up to the fallopian tubes. So, choose the sex position that angle upwards.

Cut alcohol and smoking:

Stop alcohol consumption completely. Women who don’t drink are four time more likely to become pregnant than women who drink twice or thrice a week. Also, smoking can affect your fertility rate and may affect a woman’s chance to get pregnant. For men,smoking is linked with poor sperm quality.
