The best way to sleep during pregnancy is on your side. This position is the most comfortable and safest for you and your baby.

If you are pregnant and have trouble sleeping, try these safe positions:

– Side-lying: Lie on your side with a pillow between your knees and under your head. Your body should be straight from the shoulders to the knees.

– Recliner: Sit in an armchair or recliner with a pillow behind your back for support. Place one foot on the floor, if possible, to avoid putting too much pressure on it when you lean back.

– Semi-reclinable chair: Sit in a chair that can recline at least 45 degrees with a pillow behind your back for support. Place one foot on the floor, if possible
